Nine Point Zero Ltd ("9point0", "we") is a digital product partner registered in England and Wales, with its registered office in London. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@9point0.com.

We collect only what we need to run the studio and respond to you:

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, company and anything you write in a brief or message.
• Client and project data shared with us under a contract, handled according to that contract.
• Usage data on 9point0.com: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.
• Subscription data if you sign up to Perspectives: your email address and which notes you open.

• To reply to briefs, questions and bench requests.
• To deliver work under a contract with you or your organisation.
• To send Perspectives notes if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests (running and improving the studio) and consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies).

We use AI models and agents in our work, including to draft, research and review. Where client data is processed by an AI provider we tell you which provider, under what terms, and we do not use client data to train models. Nothing produced by an agent is sent to you or published without a person reviewing it first.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that help us run the studio, under data processing agreements: email and hosting providers, analytics, project tools, and AI providers named in our contracts with you. Some processors are outside the UK; where they are, transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

• Enquiries and briefs: 24 months from last contact.
• Client project data: for the life of the contract plus 6 years, for legal and accounting reasons.
• Analytics: 14 months, then aggregated.
• Perspectives subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@9point0.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle client data are agreed in writing with the client, not by editing this page.
